s gas operatives with electrical qualifications and experience, we are in a very unique position regarding boiler and central heating repairs. We repair all types of gas boilers and commit to fixing your boiler on the same day (assuming parts are available before 3.00pm).

We don’t have a callout charge or a diagnostic fee from Monday to Friday during working hours, as such we don’t expect you to pay us if we can’t fix your boiler on our first visit. We don’t get paid for just turning up, unless it is an emergency callout.

We will try to get your boiler fixed on very first visit as such an approach is obviously beneficial to both customers and ourselves. We are competent at boiler repairs, and we have a good van stock of common parts and spares. We have a high rate of first time fixes.

We charge a boiler repair by job not by hours. We are always transparent about pricing, and where possible, every chargeable item is discussed with clients in advance.

We only correct what is wrong to get your boiler or central heating working again. Usually a boiler breakdown is just caused by one failed part (in 95% of cases), we diagnose the fault first time. We might give you a price for a further repair if a new part is required and we need to come back again. We don’t need to create extra work by faking any faults, or, by guessing the cause of the fault, and changing a series of parts at your cost.

We will try our best to fix your boiler, and will not suggest a new boiler in most cases!
