Chelmsford Boilers are a local, family run, plumbing & heating company based in Chelmsford Essex.

Our reputation is of the utmost importance to us, so a happy customer is our number one aim. Our business has been built on a belief in traditional family values, where customer service is paramount.

Having been a time served, City & Guilds advanced craft qualified plumber in Essex for over 28 years, I know just what my customers want and expect from a local trusted business.

Firstly they want a local qualified plumbing & heating engineer who takes pride in their work and has a vast experience of the products in the market place both past and present.
Secondly they expect that engineer to turn up at the appointed time and treat their house with respect and be as clean and tidy as possible.
Thirdly they want to have a professional job carried out efficiently and promptly at a price they know is good value for money.
And finally they need to know that if the unexpected happens and they have a fault occur that there will be a friendly voice on the other end of the phone willing to help at any hour of the day or night to get them out of their predicament.
We firmly believe that this should be a formality and we always strive for this as a minimum, mostly we achieve, sometimes we excel and in a few instances we fall a little short, but we always aim to please.

And last but by no means least we believe in turning up in a sign written vehicle, wearing uniform and carrying a Gas Safe registration card and proof of liability insurance as well as the ability to provide references from previous customers.
