Heald Services

Heald Services was set up in May 2006 by myself Danny Heald. With 12 years in Aviation Engineering the frustration with the standard of work I received off some Tradesmen in my own home gave me the motivation to retrain in Plumbing and Heating with the aim of providing quality workmanship with a professional, honest approach.

After serving a second Apprenticeship I started working for myself under the name Heald Gas & Plumbing Services with the philosophy to treat customers and their property with the respect I would expect in my own home and to only carry out work to the highest standard, from punctuality and appearance, professionalism and cleanliness and after sales service.

In February 2011 my business incorporated and became simply Heald Services, due to an increase in demand I now have employees into whom I have installed the Heald Services working standards, if I am not carrying out the work myself I personally telephone the customer to ensure they are totally happy with all aspects of the work carried out.

At Heald Services we are very proud of the fact that 90% of our work is from recommendations and repeat custom, we become the family plumber and it is not unknown to fit radiators with the smaller members of the family climbing on our backs!

In short we are a friendly family business striving to put quality before anything else.
