As a responsible company we are cancelling all of the non-emergency appointments for the duration of the social isolation period.

Service plan customers if you have an emergency or fault with your boiler please still contact us as we will have engineers available to carry out any repairs necessary, as long as we can still source spare parts.

We will also not be sending out any service reminders during this time so that our customers do not feel pressurised into arranging an annual service which involves inviting an engineer into their home.

When we return to the normal working environment we will backdate them so that any services which were due over the coming weeks can be completed when it is safe to do so.

Please note: boiler warranties WILL NOT be affected, as long as the service is done within a reasonable time after the country’s isolation period is over.

We apologise for the inconvenience and that we may not be able to provide the same high levels of service that we usually do. Please understand that we are doing our very best to work through this difficult and unprecedented situation.
