You as a Landlord must make sure all gas appliances, flues and pipework are installed and checked by a gas safe registered installer. I can provide a digital CP12 emailed to you or a hard copy that will be posted. Mostly documents are emailed and kept safe on a computer to be printed off when required. A copy will be stored on my computer in case of loss.
