Plumbco Services Southend was founded in 2018 by Ben Thurman and Luke Hodges, two lifelong friends with a passion for plumbing. With over 26 years’ combined experience, Luke and Ben not only have the knowledge and know-how, but have the upmost customer care and consideration for all their clients.
Ben is our boiler breakdown specialist, with over fourteen years’ experience specialising in breakdowns and repairs. He started his career working for Basildon Council, completing all their boiler breakdown call outs for their tenanted homes. From here he moved to N-Power where he was given extensive training enabling him to become one of their top service and breakdown engineers. Ben is top of the top when it comes to boilers, and his problem-solving skills, masterful boiler breakdown understanding and vast experience with every boiler manufacturer out there means you can be guaranteed that all your boiler needs will be safe in his hands.
