We are a family run plumbing and heating business, established in 1957 three generations of plumbers and gas engineers have built R Dakin And Sons to the business we know today. From our very humble beginnings 60 years ago our reputation for offering all-inclusive domestic gas and plumbing services in Bradford with high quality finishes has been testament to our success.

With three generations of plumbers and gas engineers, Richard and Alan have continued R Dakin And Sons from their father and grandfather. Alan joined his father’s business when he was just 15 years old dedicating over 50 years to the family company. Richard followed a similar path joining the company at the age of 16, 30 years later Richard still runs the company on the values instilled by both his father and grandfather all those years ago.
